A spirit animal ally is a guide from the natural spirit world here to support, protect, and inspire you. Each brings unique strengths and teachings to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom.
In the first part of the session, Ilona undertakes a shamanic journey on your behalf to retrieve your animal helper. This work draws on the principles of Core Shamanism, as taught to Ilona through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, honouring the timeless animist wisdom of ancient shamanic cultures including those from Europe.
In the second part, you’ll be guided through a gentle hypnosis journey to personally meet and connect with your animal helper.
